Can a rebranding change the perception of a municipality?
Karlskoga is a small municipality facing the same problem as many others – not enough people are moving to the area. Their goal was to increase the population to 32,000 by 2025, with the new visual identity playing a key role in attracting new residents.
To guide our project, we established a few keywords. The design needed to be:

The population is slowly but surely increasing, and a recent survey showed that Karlskoga municipality is a top choice for young people. This is some proof that the new visual identity is strengthening their brand, which we count as a win!
